An evil son of a pastor who brutally beheaded a little girl in Delta state has escaped from a remand home he was being kept.
A
pastor’s son identified as Silas Anidi, who allegedly beheaded an
11-year-old girl Aghogho Igbi for ritual purposes in 2015 has reportedly
escaped from a remand home where he was kept in Sapele area of Delta
State.
According
to reports, Anidi, who is the only son of the General Overseer of God
Peculiar Evangelical Ministry in Sapele, was caught by neighbours when
he also attempted to kill the deceased sister, Favour, aged 13 after his
friend in Ghana told him to bring a human head.
Aghogho Igbi
Before the tragic incident, the suspect was a family friend to the Igbi’s and in the course of a visit,
beheaded the victim before trying to murder Aghogho’s sister, Favour, when neighbours got him arrested.
A
report by Sapele Oghenek revealed that the 15-year-old boy who
confessed to the crime was taken to court as he was ordered to be kept
in a remand home under the management of one Barrister Collins.
It
was alleged that the management of the remand home and the family of
the killer conspired to release him through back channel. Now the
parents of the slain girl are seeking for justice and want the
authorities to come to her aid.
